1. General Policy
At PhudG, we strive to deliver high-quality products with secure packaging and safe delivery standards.
Due to the consumable nature of edible products, returns are accepted only under limited circumstances mentioned below.
2. Eligible Conditions for Return/Replacement
Customers may request a replacement or refund only if:
- Product is received damage
- Glass bottle is broken during transit
- Product leakage is observed at delivery
- Wrong product is delivered
- Expired product is delivered
- Quantity received is incorrect
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products damaged after delivery
- Change of mind after purchase
- Taste preference related complaints
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers
4. Glass Bottle Shipping Disclaimer
Glass bottle products are packed with protective packaging; however, due to the fragile nature of glass, minor external carton dents may occur during transportation.
Customers are requested to report any breakage within 24 hours of delivery
Claims without proper proof may not be eligible for approval.
5. Plastic Bottle Disclaimer
Plastic bottle products are designed for safer transportation. Slight deformation of outer plastic packaging during transit shall not affect product quality and will not qualify as damage.
6. Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise return/replacement requests within:
- 24 hours for damaged/leaked/broken items
- 48 hours for wrong product delivery
Requests raised after the above timelines may not be accepted.
7. Cancellation:
- Cancellation requests shall be accepted only if the order has not been dispatched from our facility.
- Once a cancellation request is approved, the customer shall be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
- The company reserves the right to cancel, reject, or refuse any order at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, technical or informational errors, or issues identified with the customer’s personal or payment details.
8. Proof Required
To process any claim, customers may be required to provide:
- Order ID
- Clear product images
- Packaging images
- Unboxing video
- Invoice copy
9. Refund Process
Approved refunds shall be processed:
- To the original payment method, or
- As store credit, at company discretion
Refund timelines:
- UPI/Wallets: 3–5 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
- Net Banking: 5–7 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
10. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only applicable for:
- Damaged products
- Wrong items delivered
- Transit breakage
Direct product-to-product exchanges are not available for preference-based changes.
